Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management with real face-to-face client work.
• Comfortable in the field: client meetings, site visits, mixers, and trade shows
• Disciplined follow-up habits and organized pipeline management
• Full-time commitment to the role
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Nice to have: exposure to construction, abatement, demolition, restoration, commercial real estate, property management, facilities, or environmental services
• Nice to have: an existing network of commercial contractors, property managers, or facilities contacts
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree, especially in environmental science or a related field
• Nice to have: AHERA, 40-hour HAZWOPER, or OSHA 30

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of established commercial and public-sector accounts across LA, Orange County, and the Inland Empire
• Spend most of the week in the market: client lunches, office and job site visits, networking events, and trade shows
• Identify and develop new relationships with general contractors, building owners, property managers, restoration partners, and facilities leaders
• Follow up consistently and turn relationships into project opportunities
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams as new work comes in
