Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking an ENTRY PSR I/Lobby Experience Coordinator to greet patients and assist with check-in at the kiosk or handheld tablet, while supporting phlebotomy teams with care and discretion.

You will maintain a welcoming lobby, cover breaks when staff are unavailable, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and uphold patient confidentiality and safety in a busy clinical setting. This entry role also offers growth within the phlebotomy team and a clear path to expanded

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if just an intern/externship.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service.
• Some phlebotomy experience is required.
• Ability to handle patients with care and compassion during lobby check-ins.

• Maintain lobby integrity and cover breaks as needed.
