The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, with duties spanning check-in via kiosk or tablet, coverage for breaks, and collaboration with phlebotomy staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even intern/externship.
• 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Some phlebotomy experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and answer questions with care and compassion.
• Maintain the waiting area and assist with breaks when phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills to grow within the company.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Keep required records and documentation up to date.
• Demonstrate commitment and promote a positive image to patients and staff.
