Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I to support lobby operations in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on greeting patients, guiding them through check-in, and assisting phlebotomists with breaks while maintaining a safe, confidential environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and phlebotomy experience, plus 1–2 years in customer service and data entry skills. The position runs Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, 35–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED - no exceptions.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if just an intern/externship to learn the basics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of client facing customer service REQUIRED.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in in the lobby.
• Maintain waiting area and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Perform phlebotomy duties and explain procedures to patients.
• Support lobby operations to ensure a calm, confidential, and accurate environment.
