Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as an intern/externship.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer questions with care and compassion.
• Maintain waiting area integrity and assist with breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize Phlebotomy skills to grow within the company.
• Explain procedures to patients and set expectations for scheduled labs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer care with confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Maintain lobby operations to ensure high level of service.
• Under supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Keep required records and documentation.
