Qualifications

• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-in at kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Maintain lobby area cleanliness and assist with breaks when needed.
• Explain procedures to patients in a compassionate, confidential manner.
• Perform phlebotomy-related tasks in line with established practices when assigned.
• Ensure accurate documentation and a professional environment.
