Job summary

ICONMA is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I for our Weston, FL client to warmly greet patients at check-in, assist with lobby duties, and support phlebotomy operations with professionalism.

The role requires phlebotomy experience, 1–2 years of customer-facing service, and strong data-entry skills. You will work in a lobby setting, potentially covering breaks, while maintaining confidentiality and accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even if internship/externship.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Phlebotomy duties and data entry responsibilities must be performed.
• Ability to assist with lobby check-ins via kiosk or handheld tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-in at kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Support lobby area and cover breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills as needed and follow established procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients in a clear, compassionate, and confidential manner.
• Maintain accurate records and a safe, professional environment.
