Our Client, a Medical Research company, seeks an Entry Phlebotomist I for the Boca Raton, FL location to support patient check-in and phlebotomy duties with care and professionalism.

You will greet patients, assist in the lobby, and help with breaks in the draw room while maintaining a safe, confidential environment and accurate documentation. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if internship/externship.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-in at the lobby or kiosk.
• Assist in the lobby and draw room, supporting breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and patient confidentiality while ensuring accurate records.
