Job summary

Talentify is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I for our Boynton Beach, FL location. This role involves front-line patient interaction, greeting and assisting with check-in, and learning phlebotomy skills under supervision.

You will help maintain a welcoming lobby, ensure patient confidentiality, and support daily operations under the area supervisor. Required is a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Prior phlebotomy experience is NOT required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Represent the clinic to patients, greet them, and assist with check-in in the lobby.
• Learn phlebotomy skills when downtime or breaks arise and perform duties under supervision.
• Safely and accurately handle patient information and maintain lobby integrity.
• Follow established procedures for patient interactions and specimen handling when trained.
