Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with lobby care, answering questions with empathy.
• Maintain waiting area integrity and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills as you grow within the company.
• Interact with patients directly, explaining what to expect for procedures.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer care while protecting confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Keep required records and documentation up to date.
• Show organizational commitment and willingness to learn new skills.
