ICONMA's client in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking an Entry Phlebotomist I to assist with patient check-ins at the lobby, maintain waiting area, and support phlebotomy duties under supervision.

The role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, accurate record keeping, and growth within the company; requires high school diploma and some phlebotomy experience, plus 1-2 years of client-facing service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; no exceptions.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even as internship/externship.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Some phlebotomy experience is REQUIRED; keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with lobby experience.
• Assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable and maintain waiting area.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills and follow established practices and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide courteous, confidential service and support under supervision.
