Job summary

Talentify in Miami Beach, FL is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I to support patient care in a medical research setting. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, and help maintain a welcoming lobby while supporting phlebotomy duties.

The role requires phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and data entry skills, with responsibilities including specimen collection, documentation, and ensuring accurate, confidential handling of patient information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED - no exceptions.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if just an intern/externship to learn the basics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of client facing customer service REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer questions with care and compassion.
• Help maintain the waiting area and assist with breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize Phlebotomy skills and grow within the company.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure they understand what to expect in a safe, accurate manner.
• Maintain lobby integrity and provide the level of service expected by patients and clients.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment and keep required records.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and a willingness to learn new skills.
