Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Wastewater/Stormwater Maintainer to operate and maintain sanitary and storm water collection systems. You will respond to emergencies, perform vehicle and equipment maintenance, and ensure safety protocols on each shift.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and CDL-B with endorsements preferred. This on-site role offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with storm water and sanitary collection systems preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• CDL B with required endorsements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment for sanitary and storm water collections systems.
• Conducts street sweeping and responds to customer complaints.
• Inspects and maintains equipment, performs basic repairs and housekeeping.
• Sets up traffic control and prepares sites for work.
• Reads and executes written and verbal work orders; participates in daily tailgate meetings.
• Responds to wastewater and water system emergencies; adheres to safety regulations.
