Rush Enterprises Inc. invites an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to drive truck sales within an assigned territory. The role emphasizes in-person meetings, strong customer relationships, and a proactive sales approach.

The position requires regular travel and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to close deals and support customers. A valid driver’s license is essential, with growth opportunities within Rush Truck Centers network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• One year related experience and/or training preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable per Rush requirements

Responsabilités

• Self-generate prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Maintain relationships within assigned territory and make personal sales calls at a customer’s location to maximize sales success, at least three full business days a week.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by spending time outside of the office making sales calls and following up on quotes.
• Make a minimum of 3 in person sales visits or 20 outbound calls per day documented in CRM.
• Coordinate with Finance and Insurance for customer financing and insurances.
• Promote and support Rush One Team by selling Parts, Service, Body Shop, Warranties, RushCare maintenance and telematics.
