Job summary

Rush Enterprises Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to generate truck sales in the assigned territory, primarily through in-person visits.

You will build relationships, maintain a solid pipeline, and document all activity in Microsoft CRM. Responsibilities include a minimum number of in-person visits and outbound calls, coordinating with service and finance teams, and promoting all Rush services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; One year related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per Rush requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and conduct in-person sales visits.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospects and new business in the assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships and perform in-person visits at customer locations weekly.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through outside calls and quote follow-ups.
• Document all activities in CRM with details on calls, appointments, quotes, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance to close deals.
