Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to generate truck sales within an assigned territory, primarily in person and away from the primary location. You will be outbound and field-based, building a pipeline of opportunities and closing deals with customers.

This entry-level role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel regularly, and a proactive in-person selling approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required; insurability per company policy.
• Regular travel within assigned territory; in-person sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers and opportunities with new/existing clients.
• Maintain territory relationships; perform in-person sales calls at customer sites (3 days/week).
• Develop and maintain strong sales pipeline with outside calls and quotes; document in CRM weekly.
• Meet minimum sales visits: 3 in-person or 20 outbound calls per day, with CRM records.
