Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users as well as staff
• Handle instructional design and develop training materials and scenarios to be delivered
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and partner with organizations to tailor their training
• Contribute to projects to improve the usability of Epic software
