You’ll receive comprehensive training and have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses.

Expect a mix of one-on-one meetings and group presentations across diverse sectors. Use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule client meetings, respond to inquiries, and grow your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage and optimize your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
