You’ll receive extensive training to sell top-tier supplemental insurance solutions and will engage decision-makers through one-on-one and group presentations.

You’ll operate with autonomy, manage your own schedule, and advance through commissions, renewals, and incentives while earning health and life insurance benefits after the introductory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high-school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain; study course provided.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client portfolio within the territory.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to expand territory.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager and manage weekly schedule.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
