Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional for outside direct sales across a dedicated territory. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned reps alike.

Ideal candidates are dedicated, adaptable, and capable of overcoming challenges in a dynamic market. You will target small and mid-sized businesses, presenting top supplemental insurance products to owners, benefits managers, and employees.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in your resident state, or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to your manager.
