Altitude Development Group in Lake Charles, LA is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate. You will engage with small to medium businesses, perform cold calls, set face–to–face meetings, and present insurance solutions in a way that fits each client’s needs.

You will build a personal book of business while collaborating with a supportive team. Training is provided, with weekly draw pay and bonuses as you establish your territory and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills from customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage a self-set schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing reservice.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and report to the manager weekly.
• Follow up on provided leads and balance cold and warm outreach.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
