A structured training program supports new hires as they begin prospecting small and medium-sized businesses and presenting top-tier supplemental insurance solutions.

You will manage leads via Salesforce, schedule client meetings, and work with management to reach monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered with relevant sales background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• License in Health & Life Insurance in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
