Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven, entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative in Alabama. You will receive comprehensive training to sell supplemental insurance to business owners and staff.

Expect a mix of one-on-one meetings and public product showcases, with autonomy to manage your own schedule and grow a local client portfolio. You will engage in diverse interactions, from direct outreach to group presentations, and you’ll be supported throughout with ongoing development,

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your territory network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and report weekly schedule to the sales manager.
• Record daily sales activity at end of day.
