Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an motivated, entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Alabama. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while building a client portfolio and meeting with business owners and HR decision-makers.

You will use Salesforce CRM to develop leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit clients to grow your network. Expect a structured schedule with weekly targets and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
