Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated territory-based sales representative to drive growth by presenting top-tier supplemental insurance to small and mid-sized businesses and their workforce. You will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for a diverse mix of one-on-one and group presentations to 50–100+ attendees.

The role emphasizes autonomy in scheduling, strong prospecting, and developing a robust client portfolio across local territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
