Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based entry-level Sales Representative to drive outreach and direct engagement with small and medium businesses. You will receive comprehensive training and have the autonomy to manage your schedule while expanding your client network across the territory with a focus on supplemental health and life insurance solutions.

Your role includes one-on-one discussions, product showcases, and group presentations to 50–100+ attendees.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio; set and pursue sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager; record daily activity.
