Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in a defined Indiana territory. You will prospect, cold-call, and meet with business owners to present Altitude's insurance solutions, building a personal book of business and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

You will be trained in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with weekly draw pay, bonuses, commissions, and opportunities for advancement as you establish your client base in the market.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience (outside sales)
• Candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses and referrals in your territory
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Set and track monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager
• Schedule and conduct product presentations to groups of 50–100+
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily
• Develop relationships with local business owners and stakeholders
