Altitude Development Group is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Indiana. You will engage SMB owners, set meetings, and present insurance solutions in your territory, balancing cold outreach with warm pitches.

You’ll train in a supportive, team-oriented environment that rewards personal achievement as part of longer-term growth. The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting targets, and developing a local network while maintaining your own book of business and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Ability to set own schedule and develop relationships with local business owners.

Responsabilités

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be serviced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly/quarterly targets and quotas.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
