Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life Insurance Producer or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and identify referrals.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report daily activity.
• Present product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people.
