Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager/Provider Relationship Manager to cover the Centennial, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs area. This remote + field-based role focuses on expanding access to mental health services by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers.

You will spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting partners, managing your territory, and driving market growth in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care.
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities.
