Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager based in or near Baltimore, MD. This field-based, remote-friendly role focuses on growing referral partnerships with healthcare providers and expanding access to mental health services across the territory.

You will spend time in the field building relationships, conducting meetings, and managing a pipeline of partners while using Salesforce to track activity and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities.
