Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager to grow provider partnerships across Colorado. This remote + field-based position spends 4–5 days weekly in the field, meeting partners, and expanding patient access to mental health services.

You will join a mission-driven, high-growth environment with mentorship from experienced healthcare leaders and opportunities to help shape a growing national team.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.

Based in Castle Rock or Colorado Springs, CO | Remote + Field-Based

On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)

About the Role

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth. You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
