Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager in Colorado. You will build referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory, spending 4-5 days per week in the field with a remote-work option, while growing patient access to mental health services.

You will manage a pipeline, use Salesforce to track activities, and contribute to rapid growth of a national team in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in sales or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager

Based in or around the Centennial, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, and/or Colorado Springs, CO | Remote + Field-Based

On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)

About the Role

This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth. You'll spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
