Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; sales or athletic background may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and develop clients within territory.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio; hit targets with team guidance.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to your sales manager.
• Record daily sales activity updates and progress.
