Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entrant to join its outside direct sales team in Georgia. You will engage with local business owners and decision-makers to promote top supplemental insurance products, with ongoing training and support for newcomers and seasoned professionals alike.

The role emphasizes independent territory management, meeting with clients, and building a personal book of business.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales/athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in-person in a dedicated territory.
• Target small and medium-sized businesses with supplemental insurance products.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
• Record daily activity and progress toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set targets and drive results.
