Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to grow a dedicated territory in Idaho. You will target small to mid-sized businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and promote supplemental insurance products to employees and businesses.

You will receive comprehensive training, with a focus on building a personal client portfolio, using Salesforce CRM, and achieving defined sales targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
