Qualifications

• Entry-level position with hands-on training in diagnostics, repairs, calibration and support.
• Interest in electronics and mechanical systems with willingness to learn schematics.
• Basic soldering or willingness to learn soldering.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• General computer skills including Office and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and bench repair returned products.
• Assist customers with operation and troubleshooting of products.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide technical support.
• Process orders, parts requests, service records, and work orders.
• Enter information into systems, bill work, maintain logs.
• Calibrate, clean, inspect, and prepare products for return.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to develop skills.
