Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. This 6-month development program pairs new graduates with mentors and a nationwide network of sales professionals to build technical sales acumen and business insight.

You'll develop relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners while learning to present technical solutions that enhance building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with an anticipated graduation date December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively; U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
