Johnson Controls is launching its Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States for new graduates. This 6-month development track pairs you with a dedicated mentor and exposes you to classroom training, hands-on sales experience, and customer interactions to build technical expertise and business acumen.

You will learn Fire equipment, services, and building solutions, support proposals, and cultivate relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners while aiming

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls’ Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
