Responsibilities

• Organize and track Technology projects across all company locations.
• Facilitate and schedule project meetings, prepare basic agendas, take notes, and document action items.
• Follow up with team members, vendors, and stakeholders on tasks, due dates, and open items.
• Help maintain project schedules, task lists, meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.
• Support clear project communication by summarizing progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Assist Technology leadership and project owners with coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
