Job summary

City Year Rhode Island is seeking an entry‑level Student Success Coach and Mentor to support students in elementary through high school. As a City Year AmeriCorps member, you will coach and mentor students to help them achieve academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors.

You will plan and monitor individual progress, collaborate with teachers on in‑class instruction and after‑school activities, and participate in 2–4 weeks of initial training and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Must be 17–25 by July 1, 2025 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong desire to support students with academics and behavior
• Willing to participate in AmeriCorps and training sessions

Responsibilities
