Wegmans is seeking entry-level leaders who will coordinate and troubleshoot daily activities of our customer service team while participating in store management duties. You will gain exposure to our values, measures, and operations, working across daytime and nighttime hours as a key liaison between store departments.

You will lead and develop a team of customer service associates, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, preferably in grocery/retail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and various departments throughout the store; responsible for opening/closing the store.
• Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks and ensure Front End operations run efficiently; monitor traffic and adjust open checkout lanes to reduce wait times.
• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and employees, championing Wegmans values and standards.
• React quickly to operational challenges by partnering with store leadership for problem solving.
• Participate in and/or lead special projects to enhance team collaboration and company culture.
