Job summary

King Energy seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for property owners hosting King Energy solar systems. You will manage owner communications across a multi-state portfolio, keeping owners informed on project status and system performance, and ensuring a great experience for the life of the program.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training with a clear path to grow within the commercial team, focusing on communications, coordination, and customer success for renewable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years in account management or related client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for property owners and property managers across multiple states.
• Coordinate proactive owner communications by phone, email, and check-ins with timely, professional information.
• Update owners on milestones from signed agreement to construction, interconnection, and activation.
• Explain system performance data and owner payments in clear terms.
• Coordinate site access, scheduling, and communications for construction and inspections.
• Track account activity and notes in Salesforce to keep records current.
• Escalate owner concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support account reviews, contract amendments, and renewal conversations.
• Perform other duties to support customer success and commercial operations.
