You will maintain records, manage service histories and warranties, process work orders, and assist with emergency calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients.
• Maintain detailed records, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules.
• Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completion.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist in coordinating emergency service calls as needed
