Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling, IL is seeking a Service BDC Representative to handle service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Full training provided and opportunities for growth. This is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay and commissions.

You must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. A background check will be conducted as part of the pre-employment process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
• Take incoming service calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
• Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.
• Attend training as requested by manager.
• Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.
