You will join a dynamic team responsible for routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose problems, and repair or replace components across electronic security systems and building automation.

Qualifications

• Building automation, fire alarm, and electronic security system knowledge.
• Basic programming skills and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls promptly.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and tracking.
• Collaborate with team to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
• May assist with system integrations and basic project support.
