Actalent in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to build relationships with engineering and sciences clients. You will establish target accounts, manage client relationships, and lead meetings to create value and drive revenue.

The role offers a base salary of $70,304 with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a generous benefits package including healthcare and PTO. Comprehensive training is provided to develop strong tech and client skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (to include sales major/clubs/internships)

Responsibilities

• Establish a list of target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships using CRMs and networking tools
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify business and create value
• Increase sales and market share for assigned and new accounts
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability and align with market standards
• Build relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants and marketing candidate resumes
• Lead sales-related activities including meetings at client sites and consultant lunches
• Partner with recruiting to identify top Sciences and Engineering talent to fulfill client needs
