Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative in Denver to help advance careers in engineering and sciences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, identify target accounts, and manage connections using CRMs and networking tools.

You will participate in comprehensive training and mentorship programs, with a base salary of $65,000 plus unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Strong desire for B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Sense of urgency and professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn quickly and use CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions SME for the territory.
• Build target account lists and prospect using internal and external resources.
• Develop and manage client relationships using CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers and qualify opportunities.
• Increase sales and market share via assigned and new accounts.
• Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client staffing needs.
