Overview

JDR Life is recruiting on behalf of a local client expanding across the Brentwood and South Nashville area.

This is an entry-level business-to-business sales opportunity for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build professional sales skills and grow into greater responsibility over time.

Previous B2B sales or industry experience is not required. The client provides hands-on training, one-on-one field mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process.

In this role, you’ll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers, help employers understand voluntary workplace benefit options, and support employees through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face appointments with local employers
• Present voluntary workplace benefit options to employers and employees
• Develop new business accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Manage appointments, follow-up, and account activity using CRM tools
• Participate in field training, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development

Compensation

• Commission-only compensation plus performance bonuses
• Target first-year earnings: $49,600 - $90,100+, depending on individual production and performance.
• Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
