Job summary

JDR Life is recruiting on behalf of a local client expanding across the Brentwood and South Nashville area. This entry-level B2B sales role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and licensing support. You’ll work directly with local business owners to explain voluntary workplace benefit options and guide employees through enrollment.

Commission-based compensation with performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement. Monday–Friday daytime schedule in Brentwood/South Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people face-to-face.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Organized with strong follow-through.
• Professional and confident speaking with business owners and employees.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete required state licensing.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, management, or other people-facing experience can be helpful but is not required.

Overview

JDR Life is recruiting on behalf of a local client expanding across the Brentwood and South Nashville area.

This is an entry-level business-to-business sales opportunity for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build professional sales skills and grow into greater responsibility over time.

Previous B2B sales or industry experience is not required. The client provides hands-on training, one-on-one field mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process.

In this role, you’ll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers, help employers understand voluntary workplace benefit options, and support employees through the enrollment process.

Compensation

• Commission-only compensation plus performance bonuses

• Target first-year earnings: $49,600 - $90,100+, depending on individual production and performance.
